Yes, I have them and love them. They come in different sizes. It is a good idea to go to Tiffany to see them in person to get an idea. What size are you considering?
The Scheiner Diamond ones are not quite exactly like the Peretti ones, so if you are specifically looking for something that would pass for Peretti to someone that knows what Peretti looks like, they would not be it. If you do not care to specifically have it look just like the TIffany ones (as I know some people do like to get the same look that can pass for a Tiffany ering by another vendor but for a more reasonable price!), the Scheiner ones are bezel and very pretty - the bezel is much thicker on the sides (below the stone's girdle) on the Scheiner ones than on the Elsa Peretti ones.
