anyone have pave or melee stones fall out?

was just curious what you do when the stones fall out?

especially if you have an LM.

do the rings always come with extra ones in case of this?

It is very common for a melee stone to pop out of a pave setting. It''s best to have the ring sent back to the designer for repairs. You''re ring won''t come with extra''s but it isn''t a huge deal to have a missing stone replaced. Usually around $20 or so. If I had a LM ring, I would only let him or one of his benchman touch it. and no, a ring doesn''t come with extra''s in case one falls out

I can''t speak for LM pieces yet. However, for my Maytal Hannah ring - I have not lost a single melee in 1.5 years. The same goes for all my other pave rings (over 20). I do believe it happens but I am pretty gentle with my rings.

Same here. I''ve had my Leon for almost 2 years now and have never had any melee falling out. I used to wear it on and off, and for the past six months or so have been wearing it everyday .

If I did ever have any problem, I''d only send it back to Leon to have it fixed.

I had one fall out last month. The jeweler replaced it free of charge in a couple minutes.

Does anyone know if you can get an insurance policy to cover a pave stone falling out?
Like if you don''t want to bother sending it back to where you bought it or if they determine it was normal wear and tear and won''t replace it for free.
