Anyone else on the wish list for PP March buying trip?

I am anxiously awaiting a pair of 10mm drop Peacock Tahitians. I'm sending back my wg Romantic settings so the Tahitians can be attached. I bought the wg Blossom settings for my Freshadamas that will be removed.
I am debating on bumping up the size. I would only do so if I was sure they would be closer to the high end of 11mm. My white Freshadamas are 8-9mm and I wish I had gone up a size. I guess pearls are like diamonds, sometimes shrinking sets in.

Your earrings sound great. You could always ask them to find you 11mm freshadamas.

I have asked for more photos of the top and bottom pair. The top are 10-11 and have a pretty shape. The bottom are 11-12 and seem more green and pink. I'm hoping when I get more photos the top pair will show to be green blue on the top and a dark pink on the bottom. It is hard to tell if there is glare or if that is the "luster". I'm not sure if that is the correct word.

Jeremy picked and matched the most GORGEOUS set of ripples for me, and because of my horrible heartbreaking month I can't afford them right now. I am sososo sad, but I hope they find a good home. I am seeing if they can take a few for a tin cup, but I doubt it. they are so beautifully matched that it would be a shame to separate them. I am so sad!

Well, nicely matched ripples tend to go quickly any time there is a special sale, so that doesn't seem like a big risk. I'd wait to see what they say.

They are gorgeous, which makes it so sad.

But getting a surgery you didn't plan in between insurances wipes our your poor bank account especially when you had that money ear marked for beautiful pearls!

Jeremy is going to use the strand for an upcoming blog post, so it will probably sell right away! I may have them see if they can find a few similar pearls in their vault for a tin cup.

That sounds like a good plan. The nice thing about pearls is that they will always be there for you when you are ready....maybe not the same ones, or even anything all that similar, but something just as beautiful and perfect in its own right. Plus, things feel better when you can buy them without stress.

Here are the 2 pair I am interested in using. The top pair 10-11mm are more tear drop but one has a bump on the bottom. Would that bump bother anyone. Do you think, once on, it would not be that noticeable?. The bottom are 11-12mm and are more round and pink. I asked Chenai to send photos of them with the Romantic setting. My concern is that they don't look anything like the sample photo of drop tahitians on the PP site. Am I being too picky?

I like the second pair, except that one pearl appears larger than the other. I'm not noticing a bump on the bottom in the first pair.

Where is the photo on the PP site? I just see one single drop, and then the blog post with the strands.

Don't worry about being picky. You want to be happy, right?

I'd ask to see other ones. The bottom pair doesn't look well matched for size, and I see the bump on the top of the other one and I don't think that would be covered well by the setting you're hoping to use.
