I believe, as stated in one of your earlier threads, that you should send your eight star in and let them help you match it up. The stone you linked
is a beautiful stone and looks to be nicely eye-clean.

I personally love the more symmetrical look of the 6 prong but I feel like its really a personal preference.

As has been mentioned, I'd also worry about only three prongs, and I think six prongs might be a bit much on a .75 carat earring. So I'd go with four prongs.
