Possibly. Do you have the rest of the info if this is an actual diamond you are considering, and an Idealscope image?

Have you seen this diamond in person? Carat, colour and clarity?

It can be, but it depends on the individual diamond. A shallower crown may lend itself to less fire than if it was in the 34 degrees and above region along with a balanced pavilion angle. But it depends on what you are looking for and if you love the stone, it could well be a very bright and attractive diamond. If you are looking for a more balanced diamond perhaps, then see if you can find one with the crown angle between 34 and 35 degrees, along with a pavilion angle of 40.6 to 41 degrees. Evaluate carefully with combos such as 35/ 41 using Idealscope and your own eyes if possible to make sure the angles complement.

does the steeper pavilion(41) compensate for 34 deg crown

Hi Max,
I just bought one with 33/41 and table 60. GIA EX cut. It looks really nice. Good luck with your search.
