Any suggestions for pearl stores in SF?

Going to be in San Fran for a day. Any suggestions for places to get some pearl eye candy? Unfortunately, I won't have time to travel south to visit PP.

We spent a week in SF a couple of years ago, and I made an appointment to visit Sarah at Kojima Pearls one day during our trip. She was in Oakland at the time, and is now in San Rafael. Totally wonderful visit, and I came away with a permanent love of baroque Kasumi pearls. I did have a rental car available to me and it took a few hours. This was a week trip to SF so I had plenty of time on other days to get my cable car fix.
