Any stores in the Bay Area besides Willow Glen tighten prongs for free?

I''ve only read on PS that Willow Glen will tighten prongs for free (even if you didn''t buy from them), but I haven''t read that about other Bay Area stores. Does anyone know which other stores here will do that? My local jeweler whom I''m buying my custom ring from says they will clean the ring and check the prongs for free, but if there is work that needs to be done on it, they will probably charge. That''ll add up over time, so I''d prefer to go somewhere that provides the service for free.
