It looks like a pink diamond but not sure. You can see her skin though it. It is beautiful.

I am not finding the number reported. Would guess two carats or so - for a depth of around 20%

It def appears to be a portrait Cut. Looks light pink or peachy, but could be picking up her skin tone. I really love it on her hand....
