I''m going to Atlanta next month and wondered if anyone knew any good shops downtown?
 
Phipps Plaza has Cartier, Tiffany & Co., and Mednikow. It is located a bit north of downtown on Peachtree and Lenox Roads off GA400.
 
If you''re into making private appointments...

Factory''s Inc. is a highend private jeweler...so it''s in an office building, but more custom.
