Any news on DiamondBistro?

Has anyone heard any news from DiamondBistro? Every time I try and load the site it says unable to connect to database on all browsers.
Just wanting to check if I am the only one with this issue.

Google is your friend. I searched for "what happened to Diamond Bistro" and found a discussion from April 2020 that DB has disappeared in the past when they're upgrading the site and they don't tell anyone. So that may be what's happening now.

Thank you for the reply, I tried Google, but got answers from 2018 about other topics than the inability to connect. Nevertheless thank you very much, I will wait for them to get back up and running.

I googled it yesterday too and only found the 2018 topics. Didn't see anything more recent.

I assume they'll be back up eventually.

They’re awful. They’ve stopped sending verification emails so after you fill out their lengthy account registration form with all your personal info, they don’t send you an email to verify your account so you can’t finish creating your account. But they continue to hold onto all your info. Same thing if you forget your password.

i contacted them on Facebook and they initially said thanks for letting them know about the email problem and they should have it fixed within a day. Nothing happened so I kept following up. Finally they said the email issue will take longer to fix so they’ll just verify my account manually. I gave them my email and ever since it’s been radio silence despite following up several times.

I hope these crooks get shut down forever for stealing people’s personal info and providing zero service in return. Btw, anyone know where to file a complaint? Stealing personal info has gotta be illegal in some states.

I often look at Diamond bistro to browse the listings and I've sold a couple of things off the site. I know it was active about two weeks ago, however the past few days when I try to go to the website nothing pops up. It just says "could not connect to database". Does anyone know anything about...

I've had the same issue. I tried to make an account months ago, even made a brand new email thinking maybe something was wrong with the initial email I used. Contacted them multiple times with no response. But they've got my emails on file to where I can't create a new account.

It's maddening because I've seen multiple things I would have wanted but I can't contact the seller without an account. There are new listings all the time too, so it has to be working for some people. ‍

It works for people who’s signed up a while ago while their email verification system was still working.

absolutely maddening! At this point they should have some sort of warning and just not allow new people to sign up anymore.
