I just purchased a VS2 oval diamond that is completely eye clean. The only inclusion listed on the GIA report is a knot. It's the dossier report so unfortunately don't know the exact location.
I understand that sometimes knots can be durability issues, but its pretty rare. Anyone with experience with a knotty diamond?
I'm not really concerned about it, but maybe I should be? I read online that it most commonly becomes a problem in a lower clarity diamond where the inclusion would be larger. Any thoughts on a knot in a VS2 stone??
