by PierreBear » Jun 27, 2016 Was curious if there was anyone who might be able to help me figure out the nutrition part of the race? On the bike part of the race, I just can't stand to eat the gel blocks. Perhaps it's too sweet or something but I always dread eating them. But I still eat them every 15 miles. Also, any ladies have any discomfort from sitting on the saddle in the tri position? Any way to relieve it? I've tried changing the angle of saddle etc but my last resort, perhaps what I should have started with first, is trying different bike shorts. Hope to find another online training buddy out there!
