They are cultured Chinese freshwater pearls, and the color is natural. 14K (gold) is the same as 585, but I don't know the maker of the clasp.
Akoyas do not come in those colors, but the colors are common for freshwaters. Unfortunately it is common for unscrupulous vendors to sell freshwaters as the more valuable saltwater pearls.
Thank you. The note was hand written so I am not sure how they were represented at the time of purchase., I love them and the colors are yummy .I love pearls and have lots of them but don't know much about them so I am grateful for the info. Thanks again!
Thank you! It is a bracelet and yes ,I do wear it. I've been going through some family pieces, some with marks I am hoping someone here may have seen before. Someone posted a mark encyclopedia for me to go to, where I posted an old necklace yesterday in the antique jewelry forum so I will be utilizing that when I have some time. I am terrible at pictures but here are a few.Its very very pretty
im assuming its a braclete
Do you wear it ?
Can we see a wrist shot ?
Where did you get them ?
