Any good appraiser around New Haven CT?

My mom haven't had her diamond ring appraised for over 6 years now and I think she should, what do you guys think?
If so is there any one in CT area, she had her done in NY before.

Everything east of the Mississippi tends the look the same from up here and I don't know how convenient her office is but if you can ge there she is well qualified.
