Any feedback on Diamond Harmony?

I searched a bit through the old topics but did not see any specific feedback on diamond harmony.com. I am curious to know if anyone has purchased from them and what your experience is with their diamond quality? TIA!

Hey there - Did you end up making a purchase from Diamond Harmony? I am considering it, also can't find much about them online. A few pretty decent reviews, but then some horrible customer service stories too. I do realize the negatives tend to be posted a lot more than the positives. Still nervous though. Any feedback is appreciated.
