Stephan,
I don't know them yet. When you say a shallow cut...what's the range it's supposed to be? I know that Table % should be between 53-60....is this incorrect?
60% is a "little" to large for the table. 58 is still OK.
When I say slightly shallow, it's nothing bad, when you will give us the angles, this stone will perhaps get an excellent score on the HCA, even if it's not an AGS-0.
With all the respect that is due to you Leonid, I was trying to post something to say that the diamond could be bad and not only good as Leonid said.
But after running the HCA, I tryied all the crown and pavilion combinations with a Medium-Slightly thick girdle and so I knew that I was wrong (again)?
Stephan, I didn't mean to criticize you or anybody else.
The diamond can be a good or not good cut. Only expert examination can tell for sure. Table and Depth alone cannot guarantee good cut of course. We need at least crown and pavilion angles.
However, there is nothing wrong with the numbers above and it might be nice looking diamond for the money even if it is not AGS0.
Actually, I didn't find a bad combination, Leonid.
With such a table, depth and girdle, you can try all the pav-crown combinations, they all seem to be good.
I go sleep now, once again I am chatting to late and I work tomorrow !
Good night !
