Antique Tiffany & Co 14k Rose Gold Mechanical Pencil Pendant

My dad has an old chest of drawers that he calls his "treasure chest". He has all sorts of odd stuff in it that he collected over the years. I like to look through it every now and then with him. It seems I always see something I hadn't noticed before. Today I found this, and he gave it to me. It's a rose gold mechanical pencil pendant, marked "TIFFANY & CO" and "14K".
