Antique Style Diamonds - RC's Vow

Ring Consieege just launched a line of engagement rings called Vow, where you can select your diamond online from a listing that includes both antique style rounds and cushions.

I'm not sure if this link will work, but essentially you select the setting and then you can browse the available diamonds. Not sure if any of the stones are true antique vs newly cut, and I'm not at all in the market for a RC ring, but I really enjoyed being able to see many videos of the different antique style cuts since there are so many variations! I've always been a bit disappointed that there's not an easier way to filter James Allen to see old cuts.

Fantastic! I’ve never seen true antique diamonds listed with such detail (360 interactive). This really transforms the buying experience. At least one that I saw (the K 1.56 SI2) is a true antique IMO and very pretty. I too was pleasantly surprised to see a good variety of Antique cut styles so easily viewable. This is great for the consumer.

The pricing appears high, but I guess that comes with the videos. Can you only purchase one of those diamonds if you order their mounting?

Yeah, I noticed the high prices, but wasn't sure if it was due to the higher colors or just overpriced.

I haven't asked RC if the stones can be sold loose/looked around to see if those GIAs are listed elsewhere

Not to point out the obvious but Old World Diamonds has this as well. IIRC complete with videos for many of Adam’s diamonds.

I can’t comment as to the price but I’m pretty sure one is paying a premium for RC. I remember past threads about this very issue.

i was just up on owd website. nope, they do not have video on all their stones. very different shopping experience from ring concierge.

personally, ive tried numerous times with owd. each time ive requested, i'd recieve 2 to 3 video clips. that would be about it. i agree with you about getting "turned off" but i still dm & email to ask. and they manage about 2, max 3 videos and then they drop off, no follow up or anything like that ... just drop right off ...

Any stone you want to see Adam would make it happen. I believe he’s working towards videos for all stones.
