Antique setting ideas for 2+ ct. RHR oec

I''m looking for suggestions here......

I''d like to incorporate something like an intricate 8-prong look with detail on the head, or perhaps a filigree style.

The stone is quite warm (M?), so if I go toward an 8-prong solitaire look, the head/basket would need to have enough detail to mask the side view a bit.

Have any of you gals seen something like this? Inspiration photos? Suggestions?

Allison, have you considered a Van Craeynest setting? Pricey, but so worth it. THere''s a number of settings that might suit your new baby!

I saw a gently used platinum, Singlestone setting for a 2 ct OEC on Erica's website for only $1650. It has tiny melee and beautiful filligree.
