This just came today in the mail and I love it! The centre stone is a rhodolite garnet and it is flanked by a natural blue spinel (looks like a sapphire to me?) and an iolite or tanzanite. It is 15k gold, has full British hallmarks and is from 1899. I am wearing it with my demantoid garnet and ruby conversion ring. It is a bit big on me so I am wearing it with a band. It is a nice pick me up ring!

Love the color of the gold and the patterns or design on the band. So pretty!

I love it!! I just adore antique rings and this one has such pretty engraving. I also love your conversion ring...I believe I have/had the little guy favorited ;)

That is really a beautiful antique ring. I love the colors of your gemstones and the engraving on the shank.

Your dragon ring- is that (searching my memory) a stick-pin conversion ring? I absolutely adore this ring. Both rings look perfect worn together.

Thank you Minou Arabella and Lisa! It really is a special ring. It has such a presence. A lot of work went into it 120 years ago!
Arabella it is neat you had the dragon ring favourited too! I got him almost right after she posted him and I have never seen another like him with the demantoids etc. Lisa yes he was once a stick pin! I am glad you like them together! I do too but it is nice to hear it from someone else!

Yes!! The demantoids and little ruby eye make him really special. I've seen her post similar dragon and basilisk stick pin conversions but yours is unique!

Congrats on the new ring, but I love your dragon ring the most!!!

Both rings are beautiful. The conversion ring is awesome because of demantoids (and very well made) and the garnet-spinel ring is an interesting color combination.

I really love your Dragon ring. It reminds me of the Dragons of Pern series I loved reading growing up.
