Hi all, as I mentioned in my recent post regarding the art deco ruby ring, I also purchased these earrings at the auction also.
They are european hook fittings in 14kt gold and silver, each set with a 0.60 ct european cushion cut diamond in a secure bezel setting.
The gold and silver surfaces show wear and tarnish that reflects their age. The diamonds are securely set and in excellent condition, and are estimated at G colour and Si1 and Si2 clarity.
Excuse the plastic fork, I was having trouble getting the earrings to sit without continually turning because of the weight of the diamonds.
