Oh boy, Skippy, I don't know anything about appraising antiques but these items you posted (necklace watch, horsepin and pencil) are so unique and wonderful. It's even better that they have a family history. I hope you'll post more and tell us more about them too.

skippy, you might be able to find a suitable appraiser at your local museum or if Sotheby's or a similar auction house has an office near you. Also, you might be able to email Sotheby's photos and get an appraisal...not sure but it's worth a shot.
