Good customer service deserves recognition. I had sent a diamond back to Whiteflash that I decided not to keep on Sept 8th and they''ve checked it in and processed it today (2 working days later).
On the other end of the spectrum, I returned a different diamond that I had purchased also from a very popular and well known dealer on Sept 1st and they received it on Sept 5th (based on tracking information). I''ve called them and they said that they still have not processed it yet nor do their computers indicate that it has been received. They said that when they finally do process it as received, they still need a few more days to inspect it.
2 Days with Whiteflash, versus 9 days and counting for the big online vendor. That''s customer service.
