Still trying to figure out how to get my image files to reduce to meet the 100K size requirement, but not end up looking like a postage stamp. The big versions of these are totally hot. Any photoshop/mac users out there?

I just use Iphoto, click "Export", click on "scale images no larger than", then put in something in the 300-400 range. usually works for me.

When you are saving the picture are you saving it under medium resolution and not high? Medium always works for me.
