I have not been on this board in a while but lurk from time to time. So I'm sorry I missed your message. I also tried replying directly in the old post but they are all locked and I do not know how I can send a private message.
My setting for the cushion was done by IBN Diamond Corp in NYC. They do not have a store front in the district but I think you can make an appointment. I was introduced via a family friend. They do amazing work.
That said, I also met with Mark at ERD who is more than capable of making the same setting. I found him to be very honorable as well.
