am I missing something? Antique pendant.

I was looking for some antique pieces at E-bay last night,

I 'm in love with this beautiful earring ( made during the 1960s.)

but I don't wear chandelier earring
so I sent to question to this seller that if there is something like this earring but pendant,
I got response with my question and the seller told me that she can make pendant
by this earring,

then I notice that the e-bay page has writing that there is a matching pendant necklace.

then I found this pendant looks 100% same but it's says Antique style but New.
this pendant and above pendant 100% same cast to me ,but price is way diffrent.

is top two are Antique but not bottom?

I know there is many Antique replica style but those are just little bit difference as craftsmanship
between back then and now.to me both pendant looks just same .
do you think earring is Antique and both pendant are new?
