Am I crazy or has anybody else NAMED their diamond?!

So I just got my diamond yesterday and I had been referring to it as "she" or "her", so I decided that “she” needs a name. Me and my sisters have a history of naming cars and other items, so it seemed apprppriate. LOL

Late last night her name came to me: Kimber!
1) There was this TV character (if you watch Nip/Tuck then you know), her name was Kimber. She was this bubbly/firey hot little lady, and I think my diamond is a hot firey little thing too!
2) Well diamonds are mined (typically) from Kimberlites (igneous rocks brought up through magma).
So it seemed fitting. LOL

Anyone else have a name for their diamond(s)?!

My (irradiated) .92 carat blue diamond is "Big Blue" or the "Caribbean Enchantment."

I call my tanzanite ring, "My Tanz." Ex: should I wear My Tanz out tonight?

I'm hoping for a great big pear-shaped diamond upgrade for our 10 year and I'm pretty sure he/she will get a name, too.

I have my reasons. Having a new diamond ring is not the same as buying a gun and keeping it in the house. It would be one thing if he was experienced with guns- but he's not.

I agree... I agree... I agree.... why to have a gun in a house? For me, it's far from diamond. It's not for play or love, a gun is for kill! I hate guns! Really... Sorry Adelain, don't want to hurt you, it's your carreer but in other occasion, for me, it's no no.

OMG my husband recently said the same thing.....he has a gun he wants and I told him when we get the money he can have it, lol.

Also, I do not have a name for my diamond or any of my jewerly.

Well it's not a gun, but my FI wants a new dirk bike now that I got my diamond! I should say yes, but only if I get 3 more diamonds for the 3 other dirt bikes he has!
