Alternative to Tiffany Etoile - Please help

help you might be able to provide...

I''m looking at the Tiffany Etoile and it is beautiful!
I''ve been searching for less expensive alternatives and
haven''t found anything comparable. Whiteflash has a nice
half bezel... I dunno.

Tiffany wants 5K for their Etoile with these specs:
.38 ct, G, VVS1

I''d like to find a comparable ring with a stone .38 - .5 ct
for under $3,000. Am I dreaming?!? Is there a ring out there
just like Tiffany''s without the signature (and price tag)?

I apologize if this has already been discussed a million
times. Don''t mean to waste your time, but any help would
be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Jay. I don''t know of a vendor that has the setting (although, my guess is that there are several). My suggestion is to contact vendors and see if they could make it as a custom design. I would guess that Whiteflash could do it.

Going the custom route is far less expensive! But I agree that the Tiffany Étoile is gorgeous!

Here is a link to my reset - set with a OEC stone (never had it appraised but guessing anywhere from a .25 - .35)

I was given the stone and the custom job was just over $700 Canadian. It`s 14k white gold.

I like this one from the Natural Sapphire Co link, I think the band width is a bit thinner, which I like. They have a thicker one too. I checked the price and Platinum is $1188, Palladium $442, 18K White Gold $528, and 14K White Gold $447. They do sell their mountings without stones so you can purchase a diamond elsewhere.

Keep an eye on signedpieces also as they sell second hand tiffany jewelery. Maybe if you email them, they could keep an eye out for you.
 
If none of the alternatives tickle yor fancy, I did happen to find a Tiffany Etoile ring with a .35ct, E, VS1 diamond for $2,995. You can check it out over here!

Great find Lexie, although, I''ve never heard of the company, so I couldn''t vouch for their reliability.

I have heard Ana on here mention them so I think they are worth investigating. I have never heard anything bad about them at any rate.
