I am close to buying a princess cut diamond as an engagement ring. Is this a fair price.

I am especially concerned with the table %. Is it too much, what does it mean? HELP

Not enough info to tell. If the cut, primarily crown height, table size, girdle for both thickness and 'eveness' are anywere near good to very good it would be a good value

we need to know more information,like: who certified it? all the details that are on the cert.
As far as The price is concerned ,I think that it is a fair price, I did little research and found these type of stones between approx. $3,350-$4,350 ,But then again it all depends on the details and which certifiacte?
