Alien cat earrings

Look at these alien earrings should I leave them as such or make 2 pairs - one with the dangling part and one with the studs. They are platinum and palladium, so my lady will give me a hard time about it. Wwyd?

I love them! They’re a mix of floral and, well, yes, alien kitten. Adorable and elegant at the same time!

Edit: I forgot to give my input on keeping them as is or not. My personal preference is to keep old pieces intact, plus I really like dangly earrings!

Is the idea to break them up because she doesn’t like/wear dangly earrings daily?

If so, I wonder if they can be made into a convertible jewel: studs with detachable dangles. Maximises the number of opportunities to wear them
