Advise on 1.1ct RB for solitaire setting

New to the forums. I'm currently searching for an eye clean 1.1-1.2ct RB to place in a tiffany style solitaire setting. I'd like an ideal cut and prefer color between F and H. My budget is around $8k-$10K for the diamond. I recently came across one at a local B&M for about $7.8K+tax and would like some opinions. Does this look like a good buy? Are there better options online? thanks!
