Advice! Want to purchase a new peg head

I would like to purchase a peg head from Brian Gavin. The prongs on my ring are rather bulky but I love every other aspect of my ring and couldn't part with the rest of it so I don't want a new setting. I love the dainty claw look of their 4 prong solitaire. Is there anyone who's done this? I've had no luck on Google

I had BGD replace the head on my ring. You can see a few before pics here and BGD's glamour pics are on page 2:

I'm a bad PSer though and I never posted handshots I'll see if I have any floating around on my computer...

Thank you for replying! I contacted BG they said I would need a whole new setting which isn't what I want and also said I would need to send my ring in and I just can't stomach the idea of sending my ring through courier. I might start a new thread asking if anyone can reccomend a jeweller that does customer work in my area. I thought this would be a simple change!
