The saga continues.
I decided to give the JA guys the benefit of the doubt, and waited to hear from them about the availability of the stone. I got the voicemail at about 5:30pm last night that it was sold. Then, inexplicably, I saw that it was showing as available on the JA website all last night! It''s listed as unavailable now, so it looks like they fixed the problem. but someone could have placed an order last night, only to go through the same hassle I went through of them not actually having the diamond. Seriously, how difficult is it to update your inventory when these things happen?
The rep from JA told me he wanted to work with me to find something else, and doesn''t want to lose my business. At this point, I''m going to listen to what he has to say (if I can ever reach him by phone) but the prices I''m seeing are pretty much the same as what I''m seeing on Blue Nile, if not a little higher, so it''ll depend on what kind of discount he''s willing to give me to make up for the mistake.
Hey "
", that last diamond you linked to, where is it listed on whiteflash? I see a few 1.41 G SI1 there but which one is the one you have listed? None of them seem to have pictures or GIA certificates that I can view, though.
