First of all, this is my first post and I'd like to thank everyone here for the reams of advice on diamonds. I feel I know 100x more than I did a couple of months ago when I first discovered this forum.
I currently have the following stone on hold at Eternity Diamonds. PS price is about $16800. I've requested an Idealscope. It is an I VS2 per GIA report.

I'm intrigued by fluorescence and understand the pros and cons. In this case, it is a Very Strong Blue, but I've been assured by the jeweler that there is no cloudiness or milkiness apparent in normal/UV light. They also confirmed that it is eye clean from 10" as I requested.
HCA is 3.3 (VVVV)
Overall, I've been looking for something in the two-carat range with a budget of around $20k (not including setting) to set in a Vatche Swan:

Whichever stone I finally decide on, I'm thinking of getting the setting from whiteflash, and will ask them to confirm the characteristics of the stone prior to setting as they seem to do good evals.
Your thoughts?
TIA!
