How does this price seem for this Canadian diamond? I'm willing to pay a premium for a Canadian rock but I still want the best quality possible for the price. Are there other questions I should ask about the diamond?

Looks like a great find. I see nothing to fault at all. It only seems about $100 more per carat than an unknown orgin diamond like this one http://www.niceice.com/certcopies/1055hvs2_ags2618506/index.htm.
