Advice on this antique CAD please!

I love this Edwardian design that's been making the rounds (including Ring Concierge) but I was curious what it might look like with a double prong instead of this triple prong look? Would it look strange? The diamond will be an old European

This is the CAD - I'm making some adjustments. Also curious if this would look better as a low setting?

Height is personal preference. I would choose lowering the culet to just above the donut, for myself.
