Advice on Elongated Cushion with Cavity

I'm looking for a 2+ carat Elongated Cushion with a high H/W ratio and fairly high color/clarity. It seems like these are hard to find. My jeweler found this, but I noticed there's a cavity in it. Should I be concerned? He claims there's nothing to worry about. Report attached. Appreciate the advice!

I personally will not buy one with a cavity unless its something extremely rare and id likely never find another..

further damage over time and or filling with gunk and being eye visible and impossible to clean out without an acid bath.
