advice on diamond

Hi all -

Looking for some advice on the pricing of this diamond.

GIA certified
2.39 carat
round, excellent cut
F color
SI2 clarity

I was quoted 24k at the jeweler. I know it's hard without actually seeing the diamond and rest of the GIA certificate but was looking for some advice on if 24k seems like a reasonable / in-range price.

You can search for diamonds with similar secs and see what the price range is. I see a low of $20k while most appear to be in the $22-25k range.
