Advice on Diamond Girdle?

Hi All,

Newbie here. I am busy looking for a Diamond for my girlfriend and had made my mind up on a BlueNile Signature Ideal 1.4 F VS2 for about $15000 but is has now gone.

I then did a search after seeing this website that recommended BN Signature Ideal or AGS Ideal so I did a search and found: http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/5404/

It looks like a really good deal but I was concerned about the Girdle. Can you let me know whether this is a good girdle size or not as I can''t seem to find anything that mentions whether 1.4% to 3.6%.

So I guess that gives you a thin to medium girdle range which seems good.

Diamond looks great, very nice example of a ' near' h&a stone and yes the girdle falls within thin to medium range which is one of the sweet spots, no worries at all.
