Hello!

I am in the search of a diamond for a ring (proposal).

The price is the limiting factor (~4,200 USD). Prioritizing 1) sparkle (I´m guessing good fire/brilliance). 2) Color and size

Bellow are four candidates based on my current (novice) knowledge of diamonds, they are all around the same price class. Which would you recommend? Diamond number 4 looks "cleaner" somehow on the video, unsure why.

Any advice are welcome! Thank you for helping me out! :)

Does your budget include the stone and ring? Are you okay with a solitaire, or is there another design she wants?

Are you in the USA?

and I agree, number 4 is quite lovely.

I like the first and last ones best of these choices. Is there a reason for VVS clarity? In a sub 1ct stone VVS will look identical to VS

They look beautiful! I live in Sweden, it feels more comfortable ordering within EU due to the added taxes/import duty and if (for whatever reason) I need to get into contact with the vendor. I really appreciate the suggestions. Do you know of a similar website that is EU based?

There are no "official" design preferences, but I think solitaire is perfect. My budget is for the stone only, then probably another 800k for the metal :)

Here, please have a look at this WF ACA diamond: it's a vetted and validated guaranteed super ideal cut diamond with the MUCH stricter AGS Triple Zero criteria coupled with the even more stricter ACA qualifications - we can promise that it will likely be the most beautiful, highest performing diamond that you've ever set your eyes on.
If it would be in your budget to ship it internationally, then it will be worth every penny.
...you may even qualify for new customer $100 discount, if applicable (you'll need to contact WF and ask).

I'd try getting in touch with WF. They are among the best vendors and do business overseas regularly

I would definitely reach out to Whiteflash. They are highly regarded here and do much international business. They can explain all of the ins and outs of shipping to you. Definitely worth the call - that E, VS1 diamond is a true beauty!

It might be the same in the EU as it is in AUS. I would only buy jewellery from the US as even with the conversion rates, and import taxes etc you're still getting a better deal than what you can get locally.

I understand why you prefer to buy locally. Importing is its own stressful experience.

It looks like you have some nice options!
