Advice on 2 carat Emerald Cut

First time posting on here. I would like your thoughts/ advice regarding this EC from James Allen. Are the dark planes a concern or no?

Thank you, that’s kind of what I was thinking. I don’t have any experience with emerald cut and am finding they are hard for me to evaluate! Any recommendations for stones in the 2-2.25 ct range (budget of around $7500). Any help is much appreciated.
