Hello, I am ordered this diamond, am I getting a good value for the price I'm paying? It will cost me $4801 for the diamond. I have attached the GIA report (Jewel #1). Of course, I will make sure it looks to my liking when I receive it, just wondering if I am paying a fair price.
1.00 carat, I color, VS2 clarity, Very Good cut grade.
Excellent polish and symmetry, none culet, Strong Blue fluorescence.
Medium - slightly thick faceted (4.5%), 57% table, 62.7% depth.
6.32 - 6.37 x 3.98 mm
I'm getting this from Blue Nile, and I have decided I like the look blue fluorescence gives a diamond in sunlight, as long as it doesn't look milky.
My budget is around 4500 to 5500, for at least a 1 carat diamond, should I keep looking? Thanks everyone.
