Advice on 1.07Ct I SI2 (GIA) - setting in a cushion Halo

I am very new on this forum, and I would like to ask for your opinion on a diamond I would like to buy to set on a cushion halo.

See specs below frm GIA report :

Shape and Cutting Style .....................Round Brilliant
Measurements ................................6.53 - 6.57 x 4.06 mm
Carat Weight .................................1.07 carat
Color Grade ...................................I
Clarity Grade .................................SI2
Cut Grade .....................................Excellent
Polish ..........................................Excellent
Symmetry .....................................Excellent
Fluorescence .................................Strong Blue


I plan to have this set on a double halo, plain shannk, similar to Emilya two row pave Halo from Victor Canra :

Only similar because I have a 5000$ budget all in and I unfortunately can not afford a Victor Canera setting

Hello - Have you seen the stone in person to see if it is eye clean? An SI2 would be risky to buy sight unseen. Also have you asked if the strong fluorescence is negatively impacting the stone? It would be helpful if you could post the clarity comments as well. I am sure you will get more input if you provide a bit more information on the stone.
