Advice needed

I am looking to purchase a lab grown diamond to go into my first ering. I recently reset my natural diamond into a halo and miss my original Tacori setting at times. It just sits there all empty and sad. So I thought of getting this lab grown, but am a novice. I’m looking for ideał proportions and maximum sparkle. Any advice would be appreciated please.
