Advice needed - Price

I have been looking for a loose diamond for my engagement ring. A dealer sent me the following. I was quoted USD 6690. Can anyone tell me if it is a reasonable price?

If gradings are accurate the price seems fair.

The stone sounds a bit deep though. Well cut 1 carat stone should be 6.5 mm in diameter.[/u]
