Advice needed please please please!

Hi! I am trying to narrow down my selection of stones and I need some opinions. I am looking at branded H&As, AGS certified Ideal (000), 0 for light performance, colour E VS2. Problem (?) is I can''t get IS images yet and I am anxious to just pick one before I go totally bonkers or another stone gets sold before I pull the trigger. The three stones all fall into the following specs table 55-57, depth under 61.9, crown angle 34-35 and pavilion angle 40.6-40.9.

What is the chance I would end up with a dud? Is is safe to purchase without seeing the IS images? If I am not happy after delivery I can return it for a full refund.

What do you think. The stones are all perfect size, perfect numbers and in budget! Am I likely to do better?

Thankyou to everyone who has helped me so much - I am totally appreciative. If it werent for PS I would have ended up with a dud cut, small looking piece of frozen spit. I am sure the stones above would look great in comparison!

I, personally, would feel pretty safe reserving a AGS000 stone with those measurements without seeing an IS. By branded, do you mean something like an ACA? Because if that is the case, then absolutely I would order before seeing the idealscope. We already know the standards those stones are without seeing the IS.

Thanks for the reply diamondseeker, I feel stupid but I am sure I am going to have an aneurism before this is over

I am deciding between Ice on Fire branded H&A stones. They are sold through Diamond Exchange. I can get IS images, but I would need to order the stone in first I believe. I don''t want to mess around anymore, I am pretty sure I have found the one, but for some reason I am still nervous.

I wouldn''t worry about IS with those numbers, I think you are safe as these stones look as good as it gets!

I have an appointment to decide on my setting on Saturday and I have a list of 11 (!!) stones to pick from, all with these gorgeous numbers, all 000 and 0 light perf, all within size range and most within budget. I am just going to pick one, damn it!!

Thanks everyone for your help. I won''t be able to post hand shots for a while yet, it still has to be shipped Down Under, set and then popped in the safe (I think he is hoping I will forget so it can be a suprise hehehe, AS IF?!)
