Advice needed on these two 1.5 ct RB stones

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a g-h color, VS1-SI1 clarity, 1.5-1.6 carat stone for ER. I've learned a lot on this forum in the past week, and now choose between these two diamonds. Your advice would be appreciated!

1.5 carat / G color / SI1 / HCA score 1.4

1.55 carat / H color, VS2 / HCA score 1.7


Both of them are eye clean, 3ex cut, no fluorescence.

I now prefer diamond A because of better color and lower price, but blue nile customer support suggested me to choose diamond B because of better clarity. She said even "eye clean", some low clarity (below vs2) diamonds may still have visible inclusions if you look closely.

Which one would be prefer and why if I might ask your opinion?

I prefer A.
B has notable inclusions that I would pass.

I prefer A as well. The customer service reps often just dont know what they're talking about.

I like A better as well. The crown angle on B and inclusions on the table make it inferior in my opinion.

B is definitely a NO compared to A. B's crown angle is too high and it is not symmetric enough.
