Hi and Welcome @nclrgirl !
We have a Lab Grown Diamond forum with "Experts" that know what to look out for in the different creations of
lab stone. I'm going to report this thread and have it moved over to that forum where you'll get better help.
You'll also want to post up close pictures of the stone and Idealscope, aset images if you have them. You can
also just provide the link to the stone (but put it on hold first so it doesn't get sold while you're thinking).
Lab-Grown Diamonds/Man-Made Diamonds (MMD)
Learn about and discuss everything on lab-grown diamonds here! No simulants (CZ, Moissanite, YAG, etc), please.www.pricescope.com
(This forum is for Earth-mind diamonds.)
Are you specifically looking for a lower color grade, or dropping to a lower color grade in order to maximize size/spread for your budget (assuming around $4000...can you confirm)?
I had an HCA .9 score on an MRB. It was a lively little diamond and I was completely happy with it. I also had two others that were somewhere around .9 to 1.2 (can’t remember exactly).
They were certainly good enough for me, especially at the price points.
In the attached photos, the .9 is in the center. It was an IGI ideal. They all were.![]()
Is something like this in your budget?
