Advice needed for purchasing the diamond

Greetings to all diamond experts or gurus out there..
I have 2 diamonds that I really need a big help in choosing which one is a good diamond.
GIA no is 1288577683 HCA result is 1.7 TIC
GIA no is 2191083506 HCA result is 1.4 TIC
Which one should I pick?
The shop doesn’t provide ASET scope images as all the jewelry shops at my country still doesn’t have ASET scope. In fact I don’t think they even know what scope is that.

Have you seen them in person for visual qualities?

Check for any haziness from fluorescence, it can also be described as cloudy.

If they sparkled and shined equally, I would pick the one that looked the whitest from the face-up view.

If all of those qualities are equal, and you don't favor one over the other visually, I would pick the 1.71.

I haven’t seen them in visual yet. So far, the shop will not carry the fluorescence diamond with hazy appearance.
By the way, would you explain to me why you choose the 1.71? Is that because of smaller table than the other one?
