Hello, family

My question may look stupid but I would like to find an answer. I have been trouble about the blue color of the blue sapphire taking by the phone and by my eyes. It looks so different. The one in the phone looks much better blue when my eyes just observe a light blue. I do not know why? So if you have the answer, please let me know.

In addition, how to shop online with the picture the vendor provide to get the true color in the real life

Kenny has explained it in detail on Pricescope somewhere but the short of it is due to the limitation of the camera sensor. We usually do not expect the vendor's photography to be accurate, usually making the stone look better than it is. With that in mind (and observing skin tone and background colouration), the next step is to view the stone in person before making the final decision.
